Hello there!
I am Alina, a multilingual photographer and a global citizen, fascinated by love in all forms -- and privileged to be able to capture it. I believe that I have the most fascinating job - sharing stories of love from around the world, in a cosmopolitan wonderland that is London.
My journey as a photographer started in my childhood, with my father - a photographer, being my first teacher, inspiration and the role model. However, I was born as a photographer when I became a mother, and my art was born out of a very personal struggle. Learning how to navigate motherhood, identity shift and body-image issues, I turned to my camera, which gave me a whole new life.
My ability to capture genuine connection, humanity and profound feelings has been recognized by Vogue with multiple publications. Most recently, my project was exhibited at The London Photo Show in November 2023. This Autumn, my motherhood works are published by the British Journal of Photography in their Portrait of Humanity Vol. 6. Right now I am honoured to capture love every time I pick up my camera, through documenting weddings, every day of motherhood, family lives, and connection between people in love.

Currently I live in South East London with my husband and a 3-year old, enjoying walks in the nature, playing piano, and ungodly amounts of black Turkish tea.
